Meet Our Founders, Clayton and Jack Garza
Meet Clayton Garza, one of Our Founders and CEO. Clayton started out serving four years in the US Marine Corp after high school graduation. Once he returned home, he started working in the HVAC industry, working his way up from Apprentice, taking courses and soon becoming a Technician, Journeyman and now F29 ICC Master Mechanic and proud owner of The Worker Mechanical. Clayton’s ten years of experience do not only show his hard work and dedication but his eagerness for career advancement and excellence. Clayton’s character speaks for itself with every customer he interacts with and job he takes care of. You’ll see his love and commitment for serving the Lord in how he treats every customer with kindness, patience and respect and puts in the same care and work ethic to every job. All while keeping his most important role, being a husband and father, his top priority.
Meet Jack Garza, the other Co-founder and CEO of The Worker Mechanical. Shortly after Jack graduated, he was highly interested in this line of work and followed in his brothers footsteps. Jack has spent the past five years learning, taking classes, earning certifications, and excelling in this line of work. Jack has always had a passion to create a company that is trustworthy and honorable and he is beyond proud to be a co-owner of The Worker Mechanical. Jack’s main goal for this company is to provide honest and trustworthy work, treat customers with the upmost respect and kindness, grow in his relationship with Christ and be the best provider he can be for his wife and baby boy. Jack’s hard work, dedication, trustworthiness, loyalty and kindness will be evident in all the services he provides.
